Mother’s Day Brunch

I had the pleasure of capturing great memories on Mother’s Day this year. It was a family Mother’s Day brunch and gender reveal.

The great thing was that the clients were able to enjoy their guests and didn’t have to worry about who was capturing the memories of that day. This is why I highly recommend hiring a photographer for your small events. I was able to capture the gender reveal and amazing family images as well.

It also served as a reminder as to why I started my business. I wanted to help others capture memories. I became even more committed to documenting life’s special moments when my son was born in 2019. The statement “The days are long, but the years are short” meant so much more when I realized that the time was going by so fast in retrospect compared to while in the moment.

And while it’s not my practice to work on Mother’s Day, I wanted to be a part of capturing another mom’s memories. The event was also conveniently scheduled during my son’s nap time and I was back before he woke up.
