Your session is not secured until your deposit and signed contract is received. Your deposit is 50% of the session for branding and portrait sessions and 50% for wedding packages. The full amount of the session is due if the session date is within 7 days of booking your session. Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive a link to schedule your session.

I typically monitor the weather 48 hours ahead of your schedule. If there is rain or bad whether scheduled for your outdoor session date, we will reschedule and there will not be a rescheduling fee. The rescheduled session must rescheduled for a date within 30 days of the original session.

No, but if you have a location in mind it is always helpful, otherwise I will also assist you with several options based on your needs. You will be responsible for the location cost unless you choose a package in which the location is included.

The average turnaround time is 7-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for branding and portrait sessions from the date of receiving your picks from your proof gallery (if you receive one) or from the date of the session. Turnaround time for weddings is 6-8 weeks.

Images may be used on your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc), website and marketing materials. Please inquire in regards to publishing, brand sponsorships, or other paid ads as they will require special licensing fee and permission by Ms Magnolia Lady Photography, LLC, which retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

Yes!! I will travel. Any services more than 30 miles outside of the Atlanta metro area will incur a travel fee.
